The Triangle is a very exciting development from an extremely reputable developer, it ticks a lot of boxes both in terms of it being highly lucrative but also extremely secure. It’s an investment you can put a lot of faith in and it’s not for any one reason but a combination of factors. The location is key, 37 minutes from London or under 2 hours from Paris. The development itself is also highly appealing, every apartment has some sort of outside space with a few select units have multiple balconies. Furthermore, all two-bedroom apartments have parking, although given the previously mentioned Ashford International Train Station even those without parking will find it easy getting around.
Sat adjacent to the River Stour and Victoria Park, the Triangle is situated in the heart of Ashford. Minutes from the Ashford International Train Station and the future site of a £250m film studio which will be home to the likes of Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime video. It really couldn’t be more strategically located for tenant demand and future capital growth.
Given the price-points are so attractive one would assume capital growth is assured. Couple that with high owner-occupier demand, unmatched transport links and significant investment into the area, and you have a recipe for higher-than-average capital growth.
Short-term lets are not prohibited in this block, which means returns have the potential to be much higher. This ties in nicely to the location, The Triangle’s proximity to both the Ashford International Train Station and designer outlet means the short-term let demand will be high and void periods negligible. You could stay at the Triangle, have breakfast in London in the morning and lunch at Paris in the afternoon.
