    Waterside West has amazing connectivity. The development is within walking distance of Deansgate station and Oxford road station. Both of these stations connect to the two largest stations in Manchester, Victoria and Piccadilly. Piccadilly is two stops away from Deansgate station and will also be home to HS2. Once HS2 is completed, the time it will take to get to London will essentially be cut in half, meaning you will get even more Londoners heading North to Manchester. Cornbrook tram stop is Manchester’s main tram stop, and only a 5 minute walk. Meaning you are able to get on any line, making it very easy to access the whole of Greater Manchester.


    Waterside west is located at the gateway to the city centre, close to tram and bus stops. Connectivity is key although it is only a short walk to the city centre. The closest tram-stop, Cornbrook is a key stop and interchange allowing you to get anywhere in Greater Manchester with ease. In fact 30% of those who rented apartments over last summer came from London. The main thing those residents are looking for is good transport links, and close proximity to tram stops.
