      • 23/03/21 - The Preston, Leeds – Construction Complete

        Construction at The Preston in Leeds is now complete.

        Representing an incredibly successful project, The Preston perfectly marries a historic limestone industrial exterior with contemporary interior design.

        Having undergone a smooth construction, The Preston has now been completed and, despite restrictions, The Preston met the completion date with relative ease.

        The finishing touches have been made to the interior in a professional and aesthetically pleasing way, helping to establish The Preston as a phenomenal development, and we at The North Property Group are delighted to share The Preston with you.

        The Preston has continued to come along nicely under construction and is quickly approaching finalization, set to be completed just next week!

        All of the high-quality windows have been installed completely alongside the high-specification kitchens have been fully installed into each apartment within this greatly impressive development! Finishing touches to the overall paintwork across The Preston is now complete to a professional standard too!

        As a whole, The Preston has undergone a smooth construction despite the COVID-19 restrictions and has had minimal issue throughout the construction process.       • 08/01/21 - The Preston construction Update – January 2021

        Progress Q1 2021

        Despite COVID-19 restrictions in place, The Preston is continuing to progress well with completion closely on the horizon. Tireless professional work has been in full force resulting in The Prestons’ impressively quick construction, edging closer and closer to final completion!

        Scaffolding is now down after all work has been finished to a high quality standard with The Preston now seeing all of the windows in place and installed to the fullest extent. These Exterior finishes are leading to The Preston beginning to take shape, seeing the overall vision of this excellent development coming to life!

        Alongside this, the internal finish is underway and is coming along nicely too, with The Kitchens now been installed and the overall specification of  The Preston is shaping up!

        The continued hard work and care going into the construction of this unique development is shaping up The Preston, going full speed ahead towards final construction!

      • 02/12/20 - The Preston Construction Update – December 2020

        Photos and the video enclosed show progress as of December 2020.

      • 03/11/20 - The Preston Construction Update – November 2020
        On-site works are progressing wonderfully, with an estimated completion date of mid-January 2021.
        As of October, the completed works are:
        • The existing windows have been removed
        • Scaffolding has been installed and the sandblasting of all existing stonework has been complete
        • All the repairs to the brick and stonework are now complete
        • The ground floor raising works to suit the planning requirements are now complete

         

        The forthcoming works are to be:
        • The completion of the remaining roof works
        • Installation of the new windows
        • Completion of the drainage and attenuation works within the car park area
        • Commencement of the internal works will begin when the building is watertight
