For Block B, critical inspections are scheduled, with Buildzone’s sign-off on the 27th and the Building Safety Regulator’s testing to follow. Necessary documentation is being finalised to issue notices once approvals are obtained. For Block D, construction is set to finish before Christmas break, with inspections planned for January, as preparations for regulatory submissions progress. Machinery and scaffolding removal will begin in December, focusing on internal finishes.
Block B is nearly complete, with testing set to begin next week and practical completion expected by mid-October. However, lift installation has been delayed, pushing completion to later in October. Block D is progressing ahead of schedule, with construction expected to finish by late November or early December, aiming for sales completion before Christmas.
Block B’s internal works are nearly complete up to the 4th floor, but progress on the upper floors is delayed until sprinkler installation begins on 5th August. Completion is now targeted for mid-September, with certificates expected by the end of the month. Block D’s flooring, plastering, and partitioning are advancing well, with all external works finished. Despite delays, both blocks remain on track for revised completion timelines.
Block B’s exterior is complete, with kitchens installed up to the fourth floor and plastering set for July. Fire-stopping is finished, and meter installations are scheduled for July. Block D is nearing brickwork completion, with joinery and plaster spraying well underway.
The Triangle has welcomed its first occupants, with rental returns exceeding projections. Block B’s brickwork is nearly complete, with internal work set for June and occupancy expected in September. Block D is progressing well, aiming for completion by November and occupancy in December. The reinforced workforce and favourable weather have accelerated the project, keeping timelines on track.
All communal works are now done, and signage is done in keeping with the FRA and H&S assessment. Flats are finished and snagged; only carpets are to be installed. The date for handover, or when we can serve notices, is still not provided, as external works to the building need to be agreed upon and signed off on at the next meeting and then implemented. Furthermore, we then need to get Assent Building Control and Build Zone to the site to issue their certificates, once satisfied.
