North Property Group is celebrating a successful year in business before their year end is even over. Since July 2017, the company has generated almost £15million in sales of mostly investment leasehold stock in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
Some of the key developments North Property Group have been involved in include:
- The Grade II listed Centenary House in Leeds. This was a huge project during which North Property Group sold more apartments than all other Leeds agencies and for which they were the best-selling agent in Europe;
- Mabgate Gateway Apartments in Leeds. North Property Group were exclusively appointed to market this £14.5million development;
- North Crescent in Leeds. Again appointed as the sole agent for the sale of these six new-build homes, North Property Group were tasked with targeting the owner-occupier market for this development.
