A Leeds-based property business has relocated to offices at Brewery Wharf in the city centre.
North Property Group specialises in city centre apartment sales, lettings and investment opportunities across Leeds, as well as marketing residential investments in Manchester and Liverpool.
The company was founded by Oli Banks and Tim Coen in June 2017 and now employs a 12-strong team. It is aiming to more than treble its turnover in its third financial year to about £3m.
Banks said: “We have agreed sales on over £50m worth of property since incorporation and expect to grow this to more than £100m by the end of our third financial year. As a result of this continued increase in business, we’ve doubled the size of our team in the last 12 months and had outgrown our previous premised on The Calls. We wanted a contemporary office, where we could create an inviting, branded shop front that is easily accessible for clients.
“We looked at lots of options, but One Brewery Wharf ticked all the boxes. It’s in a popular location, with great amenities and an established residential community on the doorstep, and we’ve been able to create a stunning interior with stylish glass partitions and meeting rooms, which makes it the perfect base, as we embark on our next phase of growth.”
The company has relocated into 1,200 sq ft of open plan space at One Brewery Wharf, which forms part of a wider mixed-use waterfront development owned and operated by property investment and development company Rushbond Group.
The office space was marketed by Leeds property consultancy WSB.
Richard Baker, from Rushbond, said: “North Property Group is an ambitious and expanding company, which makes it a great addition to Brewery Wharf. We’re currently investing heavily in the development’s office space and will be releasing two more newly refurbished and distinctive suites in the coming months, covering 2,500 sq ft and 8,000 sq ft.”
