The refurbishment of Alexander House is nearing completion, as strip out is completed on all floors. All below ground drainage is complete, with apartments on floors 1-5 almost finished. The final electrical fixes are ongoing and the final decorations are taking place. Various telecoms companies have been on site to carry out work on the masts, with mastic and installation of panels to external windows ongoing. On the roof, all new coverings have been installed, and the water tank is now in position. Lift works are on going, though mains electrical work to all floors have been installed by Bemco.
Construction is progressing well at century square as the Strip out is completed on floors 1,2,3,4,5,6,9 and ground floor, with 7 & 8 nearly completed.
