How can I apply

You can apply for a mortgage directly with the lenders by phone or email. Alternatively you can speak to a mortgage advisor who will be able to guide you through the process and work to get the best terms on your behalf. Ask your consultant if you would like to be put in touch with one of our recommended mortgage brokers.

How much
can I borrow?

The important thing for any lender is ensuring that you are able to make the repayments. Once the lender has determined this from a number of factors they will be able to let you know. Different lenders can have different requirements which it is why we would recommend speaking to a mortgage broker for help.

Duration to
get a mortgage?

This varies, as the lender needs obtain a number of different things before proceeding. Mortgages have been agreed in a matter of hours in some cases and of course longer in others. There is no set time frame.
