How much
can I borrow?

The important thing for any lender is ensuring that you are able to make the repayments. Once the lender has determined this from a number of factors they will be able to let you know. Different lenders can have different requirements which it is why we would recommend speaking to a mortgage broker for help.

Duration to
get a mortgage?

This varies, as the lender needs obtain a number of different things before proceeding. Mortgages have been agreed in a matter of hours in some cases and of course longer in others. There is no set time frame.
