Commission
North Property Group will charge a commission for their services and ability to deliver sales, which will be in the form of a percentage relating to the final agreed sale price of the property.
Soft Underwrite
North Property Group will make a financial commitment to the developer, by agreeing to put down a sum of money, in the form of a reservation fee for each plot, which would be non-refundable should the business fail to sell the apartments within an agreed timeframe.
This commitment of pre-paid reservation fees demonstrates the assurance North Property Group has in its ability to successfully bring exciting developments to market and agree sales to their client base.
Full Underwriting
North Property Group will make a financial commitment to the developer, by agreeing to exchange on the units at an agreed percentage of the purchase price, therefore guaranteeing an exit for the developer, before then selling the units on to clients.
By making a financial commitment to exchange and complete on the majority, if not the entirety, of the property development should it be needed, the developer has the assurance of an exit at an agreed price, and clients have the reassurance that whichever development NPG offers, it is a project that the business firmly and demonstrably believes in.
Single Block Sale
With access to pension funds and other institutional investors, who seek a better investment compared to what they can find on the standing market, North Property Group are able to broker both forward fund deals and single block acquisition deals for developers looking for an exit in one single transaction.
