Following the exchange of contracts, you may need to make staged payments throughout the build process if required on a particular development, or you may be able to pay the balance at the end on the completion of the property.
Our aftersales team will be on hand throughout the construction process to make sure you are kept up to date. They will then formally begin the finalisation of the purchase in the months before the building completes and guide you through that process.
