Liverpool Waterfront (Mauretania) Construction Update – January 2026

The Mauretania build continues to push forward steadily into the new year, with core structural elements complete and internal fitout ramping up across multiple levels.

Liverpool Waterfront (Mauretania) Construction Update – June 2025

CFA piling and ground beams are now fully complete, with steel frame installation scheduled to remain on track this month. Anticipated completion is Q1 2026. Upcoming works include completing joinery and decoration in the duplex apartments and staircase, ongoing testing and commissioning of M&E systems, finalising the main entrance fit-out, window and façade cleaning, and external water testing. Liverpool Waterfront (Aquitania) Construction Update – June 2025

Progress at West Waterloo Place continues strongly, with Aquitania in final fit-out and external works nearing completion. Key internal works like M&E, plastering, tiling, joinery, and painting are largely complete, with duplexes and staircase finishes ongoing. Externally, paving, kerbing, and window installations are progressing, with cleaning and water testing to follow. Completion is anticipated in July 2025.

Aquitania is approaching completion and activity has begun at Mauretania. Anticipated Completion for Aquitania – End of May 2025

Liverpool Waterfront Construction Update – September 2024

Excellent progress has been made on the site with Aquitania set to be the first of the two projects to be completed. Recent activity on the site included kitchen installations, joinery, and flooring on the first two floors. Windows are fitted up to level 8, with plastering reaching level 4. Bathrooms are complete on levels 1-2.

Liverpool Waterfront Construction Update – June 2024

Construction is progressing well. Steel framing and external weatherboard are installed to Level 7, and brickwork is at Level 2. Internal walls are up to Level 4, M&E distribution is complete to Level 8.

Liverpool Waterfront Construction Update – May 2024

At Liverpool Waters, construction is progressing well. Concrete to the floors and roof, and block work to the ground floor area are complete at Aquitania. M&E commenced with distribution trays are now 90% complete at Aquitania and the brickwork is in progress. The internal walls have commenced and are now at Level 2 at Aquitania and the construction of the concrete walls is complete for both Aquitania and Mauretania. The upcoming works will include installation of windows, works to the roof and external works scaffolding, constructing walls to lift shaft and progressing internal walls while also commencing M&E 1st fix (cables and pipework) to apartments. The team aims to achieve water tightness for the entire structure by August. Aquitania is anticipated to be completed by end of Q1 2025, while Mauretenia’s completion is anticipated Q1 2026.

Liverpool Waterfront Construction Update – January 2024

At Liverpool Waters, construction is progressing smoothly. The sheet piles for one block have been successfully installed, and the steel frames for the second block are now in place, marking significant milestones in the development process.
