Progress at Phase 2 shows that brickwork is complete, and scaffolding is being removed. Sheathing board and windows are completed, and brickwork/cladding has commenced. All flats, excluding loading bay units, are plastered, with painting and flooring progressing. Electrical and water services are ready for commissioning.
Construction at Phase 2 is progressing well.
Good progress is being made at Derby City Centre Apartments with Phase 1 construction coming along well as expected.
Phase 2 is progressing well with estimated completion expected for Q2 2025. Phase 2 progress includes completed fire spraying, temporary electrics, and roof work, with window installation and other construction ongoing.
Phase 1 estimated completion is expected in Q3 2024, with construction progressing well, including near completion of spray plastering, ventilation, front doors, kitchens, and second fix installations.
Construction is progressing well at Derby City Centre Apartments. Phase one is almost complete and frames are up for Phase 2.
