The first 12 apartments at this unique development are now complete. The developer is currently finalising any bits of snagging and decoration works and these should be completed by the end of next week with a few external bits to pick up when the weather improves. Practical completion is on track for March 2024.
With construction nearing its final stages, we’re just months away from completion. The final touches are being made at this incredible conversion project in Liverpool.
Construction at Quarter House is scheduled for Q4 2023, the progress is still on the track.
