We have carried out a site visit and can confirm the internals of The Grove are progressing nicely. The developer has confirmed they are still waiting for the gas services to be set up, and once completed then external ground works and internal snags can be finalised. We therefore expect practical completion to be reached in September 2024.
Construction is progressing well at The Grove.
The building is now completely watertight, roofing works and all windows are complete including 2 AOV windows. We are waiting for the gas and water incoming services to be installed. The gas is waiting on permission from LCC, and the water is waiting on the confirmation of postal addresses before they can install it. This should be achieved within the next few days.
Once this is running, external work and the internal second fix will begin. Practical completion is on track and expected by June 2024.
