Construction at Victoria Riverside is progressing well, with key areas completed but some final works ongoing. Park View (Tower C) is now expected to commence legal completions from February 2025, following necessary checks and documentation. All apartments at Park View are complete, with EPCs and NHBC warranty cover notes ready for issue upon completion. Crown View’s façade is finished, and internal fit-out is advancing, with legal completions anticipated from June 2025. High standards through final inspections, compliance checks, and commissioning life safety systems are being ensured.
Construction is progressing well at Victoria Riverside. Park View’s apartment fit-out is nearly complete, and over 60% of units are fully commissioned, with amenities in progress. At Crown View, façade work is up to level 37, and internal fit-out is advancing quickly.
At Park View, internal fit-out has progressed to the 25th floor, with inspections up to the 17th. The amenity areas, including the concierge and gym, are being fitted out. Practical completions are expected by December 2024, with legal completions starting January 2025. At Crown View, the façade is complete, and internal fit-out has reached the 9th floor. Practical completions are expected in Q2 2025, with legal completions from May/June 2025.
The façade is now complete to Park View which has allowed the roof works for the tower to commence & the façade has reached the 26th floor of Crown View. The remaining works to the façade at Crown view are progressing well, aswell as great progress internally. The benchmark unit is complete, showcasing how apartments will look in this incredible development.
Completion for Victoria Riverside is due for Q1 2025, with construction on all towers progressing well.
