Further progress has been made at Waterhouse Gardens site; blocks topping out with slabs poured on A, C, D, and E, Block B core commenced, Waterhouse Club and commercial pavilion under construction, brickwork façade underway.
Construction is progressing well at Waterhouse Gardens site; Block A slabs to level 4 with precast columns to L5, Block B basement works complete with ground level slab poured, Block C & D slabs complete, bricklaying commenced, Block E stair core base has completed to allow slipform build, and Block F is progressing with excavation of foundations.
Construction is progressing well at the Waterhouse Gardens site, with groundwork complete on some blocks and the steel framing is now being assembled.
We are now 4 months into construction at Waterhouse Gardens, with the groundworks now complete and steel frames being erected. Architectural, landscaping and engineering works are in the final design stage, and civil works are progressing to facilitate high-voltage cable installation.
Exciting progress underway at the Waterhouse Gardens site, as the piling work is now underway and the slipform for the main core is being poured.
Further progress at the Waterhouse Gardens site in Manchester; Block A has begun foundation excavation, Block B has set up batters for piling rig movement, Block C and Block D have completed pile caps, ground beams, drainage, and slabs, Block E is in progress with mid and low-level piling mats, and Block F is undergoing cut and fill with the breaking of retaining walls and capping beams.
Construction is just beginning at the Waterhouse Gardens site, located within the North-East area of the City Centre.
Set for completion in Q2 2026, Waterhouse Gardens is set to become a luxurious home address in the heart of Manchester.
