Work is underway to transform a historical Grade-II listed building in the Bradford Little Germany district into luxury apartments, Pennine House.

The ‘Lofts at Pennine House’ project, led by developer Iqbal Singh, will see the sandstone building transformed into over 100 studio, one, and two bedroom flats.

Incorporating features such as columns, ceiling designs, wall panelling and fireplaces, each apartment will be designed around the building’s original architectural features. Residents here will experience the perfect mix of heritage and contemporary living.
