North Property Group Moves to New Manchester Office

North Property Group (NPG), an independent sales and lettings agency with offices in Manchester, Leeds, and London, has relocated its Manchester team to a larger office at 8-16 Newton Street, right in the heart of the city’s M1 postcode.

Founded by Oli Banks and Tim Coen in 2017, NPG specialises in buy-to-let investment properties, and offers an end-to-end solution for property investors across the globe, with a wide range of property investment opportunities with high-returns and consistent security. After opening its first Manchester office in 2021, the agency has remained deeply committed to the city’s dynamic property market.

As part of their expansion plans, NPG has secured over 5,000 square feet of space on the second floor of 8-16 Newton Street, just next to Piccadilly Station and Piccadilly Gardens.

Banks said: “The new office provides a fantastic space for our work and reflects our commitment to creating the best possible environment for our team. Our £1.2m investment to this office, over a 6 year lease, also underpins our commitment to the future of the Manchester property market.”

In 2024, NPG achieved £167 million in total sales, sold more than 400 off-plan investment properties, and managed over 1,000 apartments on behalf of clients through its lettings department.

Looking ahead to 2025, NPG plans to further strengthen its market position, contributing to the continued growth of Manchester’s property market.
