Also joining the senior team is Emjay Lofts as our new Commercial Director. Emjay brings expertise in commercial strategy, revenue operations, performance marketing, and cross-functional leadership. Emjay will be focussed on driving revenue growth, business efficiency and departmental goals through smarter use of technology, AI, data and process.

Finally, Matt Wines, joins as our new Digital Marketing Director. Matt played a pivotal role in the success of Hoxton Wealth, leading high-performing digital campaigns across international markets. He brings 20 years’ experience in digital strategy, automation, lead generation, and performance marketing. Matt will lead the marketing function across the business.
