NPG has been named as finalists in this year’s Property Awards, in a total of four impressive categories.

We are delighted to announce that North Property Group has been named as finalists in not one but four categories for this year’s Property Awards by Property Week! We are delighted to be nominated for another year, with the awards highlighting all the incredible work we do.

Drawing on our successes from the previous year, the Property Awards look for commitment to clients, notable deals, and strong financial performance. We would like to thank Property Week for acknowledging all of our efforts and achievements from last year.

This fantastic news comes at an exciting turning point in NPG history. The company has recently opened its new London branch, expanding into new territory, and has recently appointed a new Sales Director, James Hummerstone-Pope. This expansion and wave of new hires has brought our total headcount to 64.

2023 was truly a landmark year for North Property Group. The year saw exponential growth and recognition in the real estate industry in the UK. The total group revenue went from £6.4 million in 2022 to £8.5 million in 2023, an incredible growth of 33%. Our market performance was strong, with NPG netting profits of £2.7 million last year, with a strong margin of 31.7%.

During those fast-paced and exciting 12 months, the company strengthened its relations with huge international developers such as the Far East Consortium (FEC). Through them, NPG worked closely to help deliver a multi-billion pound project in Victoria North and a £750 million project in Canary Wharf. This relationship is only set to reach new heights, with NPG becoming FEC’s joint-exclusive UK sales agent, alongside Savills, for the next phase of their multi-billion-pound masterplan this year.

It isn’t just about the money, as NPG has remained true to its core tenets of innovation and disruption. We are also passionately customer-focused, ensuring that our clients are satisfied. Since the company’s humble beginnings in 2017, we have amassed over 1,375 five-star reviews on Trustpilot – making us one of the highest-ranking companies on the platform.

We’re delighted that our achievements have been recognised by Property Week, especially as we remain committed to customer satisfaction, innovation, and financial success.

The awards ceremony will be taking place on Wednesday 3rd July, at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
