Key Highlights

UK

NPG has been revealed as one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies, securing 93rd place on The Sunday Times Hundred list.

After an incredible 2023, 2024 is already shaping up to be another fantastic year for NPG as once again we have been included in this year’s Sunday Times Hundred List, taking 93rd place overall.

The annual Sunday Times 100 List was finalised and revealed today, along with a detailed account of every company listed and why they’ve achieved the top place out of thousands of companies this year. The esteemed list features the top 100 fastest-growing private companies in the UK and we are thrilled to have secured a spot for two years in a row. This prestigious and highly coveted recognition officially classifies us as the fastest-growing independently owned, founder-led property company in the UK.

NPG Secures 93rd Place

Our sales were listed as an impressive £6.6 million for the preceding year, marking a growth of 64.95%. This is a fantastic achievement, especially for a company that started from humble beginnings and an investment of just £4000 in 2017.

This year was harder than ever before to get on the list, with a requirement of a 60% profit margin needed to secure a top spot on the most coveted list in the business world.

NPG is listed among some major household names and business heavyweights, such as fashion brand, Jaded London, and Little Moons, an Asian-inspired dessert company.

Who are we? We are an independently-owned property investment and lettings agency in the UK. Client-centric and customer dedicated, we’re proud of what we do and we’re delighted when our achievements in the industry have been recognised.

2023 was a fantastic year for North Property Group, with huge expansion efforts and a new office opening in early 2024 in Shoreditch. We outperformed the market and recorded net operating profits of £2.7 million last year – a strong margin of 31.7%. Our group revenue increased from £6.4 million in 2022 to £8.5 million in 2023.

Not only this, but in the past couple of years we have gone from strength to strength, securing deals with well-known and reputable property development companies. In the past year and change, we worked closely with developers to deliver a multi-billion pound project in Victoria North in Manchester and a £750 million venture in Canary Wharf – and we’re not stopping there.

The announcement of our placement on The Sunday Times Hundred List for the second year running is not our only achievement this year. We have also been nominated for not one but FOUR Property Awards this year, with the winner to be revealed in an awards show in London next week. Last year, we were also named as finalists in a slew of industry awards, such as the RESI Awards, Property Awards, FEBE Growth Awards, Scale Up Awards, and Insider Yorkshire Property Industry Awards.
