Sales and lettings agency to launch London base

 

North Property Group, (NPG) a Leeds and Manchester-based independent sales and lettings agency, is expanding its operations to London.


The business plans to open a new office next month on Nile Street, in the Shoreditch area.


NPG was founded by Oli Banks and Tim Coen in 2017 and focuses mainly on buy to let investment property. The agency manages every aspect of the property journey, from acquisition to tenant management and exit strategies.”
