Falcon

Enabling works at Red Bank Riverside, covering Falcon, are progressing well. Key activities include demolition, earthworks, ground remediation, and gas main diversion. A new retaining structure is also being built for the adjacent Network Rail viaduct. Enabling work is due to continue through the rest of the year and is anticipated to complete alongside the wider Red Bank neighbourhood works in Q1 2026.

Completion for Red Bank Riverside is estimated for Q2 2027.
