Kingfisher Construction Update – June 2025

Enabling works at Red Bank Riverside are progressing well. Key activities include demolition, earthworks, ground remediation, and gas main diversion. A new retaining structure is also being built for the adjacent Network Rail viaduct. Enabling work is due to continue through the rest of the year and is anticipated to complete alongside the wider Red Bank neighbourhood works in Q1 2026.

Kingfisher Construction Update – January 2025

Enabling works are underway at Red Bank Riverside. These works address infrastructure constraints, including land remediation, utility relocation, and Network Rail retaining wall works. Due to their complexity and third-party agreements, completion of Kingfisher is now expected in spring 2029.
